Customer Rights

Receive truthful, clear and updated information and publicity about the consumer operation; in such a way that you are able to make the best decision.

• Sign an adhesion contract under the model registered in the Federal Consumer Attorney’s Office, in which the terms and conditions of the intermediation are stated. After signing, the intermediary has the obligation to deliver a copy of the signed contract to the client.
  
• Have free and accessible service channels and mechanisms for inquiries, requests, claims and suggestions to the intermediary and know the address indicated by the latter to hear and receive notifications.
  
• Have at your disposal a Privacy Notice to know and, where appropriate, consent to the treatment that will be given to the personal data you provide, that your personal data be processed in accordance with the applicable regulations and to know the mechanisms available to carry out the exercise of your rights. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.
  
• Right to protection by the competent authorities and in accordance with applicable laws, including the right to file complaints and claims before them.
  The rights set forth in this letter do not exclude others derived from international treaties or conventions to which the United Mexican States is a signatory; of ordinary internal legislation; or regulations issued by the competent administrative authorities.
